We ship via Standard Royal Mail 1st Class - we do not offer a signed-for/tracked service.
Return Policy: We will accept returns for up to 28 days after the shipping date. Upon receipt of the returned item we will refund the payment in full via PayPal.

If an item is returned to us due to being unclaimed by the buyer or due to an incorrect address being used, we will resend at the buyers cost.
